On 10 December 2025, Dr. Nicolas Durier, Director of Dreamlopments (DLP) Foundation, met Raja Dato' Nushirwan bin Zainal Abidin , the Director-General of Malaysia's National Security Council (NSC), to discuss the proposal to pilot the M-FUND project in Malaysia.   The meeting was facilitated by our long-standing partner Médecins Sans Frontières  in Malaysia.   DLP aims to collaborate with the government of Malaysia and other stakeholders to implement the M-FUND health access
