Grant signature ceremony for continued support to M-FUND from l’Initiative

On 3 October 2025, Dr. Nicolas Durier, General Director of Dreamlopments Foundation, signed a support agreement with H.E. Mr. Jean-Claude Poimboeuf, Ambassador of France to Thailand, for a new funding support to M-FUND from L’Initiative, a funding mechanism of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs managed by the French International Technical Cooperation Agency, Expertise France.

The signing took place at the French Residence in Bangkok.

The funding support represents the third grant from L’Initiative to Dreamlopments. L’Initiative supported the early phase implementation of M-FUND between March 2019 and February 2022, provided a Phase 2 funding grant for the period March 2022 to February 2026, and has now granted a Phase 3 funding to support the large-scale consolidation of M-FUND as a lasting solution for the extension of Universal Health Coverage to migrants in the Greater Mekong Subregion.
